  • Year End Accounts produced to 31st March 2022

  • Initial R&D meetings with COO of Packfleet in May 2022

    • Zyla discuss the projects undertaken by the company in the year

  • A cost analysis is then created, a percentage of staff costs is discussed, software qualifying as R&D is highlighted, and detail is prepared for Packfleet's technical narrative.

  • Zyla produce a draft technical narrative in June 2022 utilising it’s internal template designed in-house.

  • Zyla submitted R&D Tax Credit claim and Packfleet received their R&D Tax Credit cash repayment within 2 months.

The Result

  • R&D Tax credit received by Packfleet within 2 months

  • Cashflow boost - providing important inflow following the financial year end

  • Accounts filed and Corporation Tax return filed in a timely and appropriate timeframe post year end.
